Coming together to save 120 stranded Pilot whales

The WNPS is very grateful to The Sri Lanka Navy, Sri Lanka Police, Dept. Of Wildlife conservation, The Coast Guard and all volunteer organizations and individuals who teamed up in solidarity, fueled by relentless spirit and determination, to ensure that these magnificent creatures were maneuvered into deeper waters, which is their home.

The amazing compassion and unity displayed is extremely encouraging for both Humankind and the beautiful and fascinating Wild life around us.
